How To Return A Product For A Refund
- Call us toll free at 800-755-8420. Please have your Customer Number and Order Number available when calling.
- Your customer service representative will give you a Return Authorization Number and the address to send the return to.
- Appropriately package the return for shipment. We can not be responsible for packages damaged enroute. Write the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the package to us via a traceable means (UPS, FedEx, Airborne Express) and insure the package if your total refund is over $100.00
- We will process the refund when the package arrives at our facility. It’s that easy!
